Refunds Policy
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Returns will only be accepted at the discretion of Noosa Wholesalers for non-faulty goods, in original condition purchased within 30 days. A re-stocking fee may apply. We will Issue Credit for account holders or Credit Card in Australian dollars for Pre-Paid sales. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase will be required.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error within 30 days of invoice. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval by Noosa Wholesalers to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. Proof of purchase will be required.
